The villages of Crantock and West Pentire offer an abundance of natural beauty and leisure activities within easy reach of Cornwall's popular destinations and visitor attractions.

Beaches & walks - Crantock Beach, Polly (Porth) Joke Beach & the South West Coast Path are within 5-15 minutes walk.

Restaurants & pubs - the Bowgie Inn and C-Bay Bar & Bistro in West Pentire are within a 5 minute walk. The Old Albion Inn, The Cornishman and Jam Jar Kitchen are located 1 mile away in Crantock. A range of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants can be found in nearby Newquay and Fistral Beach. Padstow and Falmouth offer a number of renowned restaurants and can be reached by car within ~45 minutes.

Shops - the Londis in Crantock and the shop at Treago Farm campsite (in season) are within 1 mile, and the Trevilley Farmshop can be reached within a 10 minute drive. Newquay offers a Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Asda, Lidl & Aldi. A large Marks & Spencer can be found 10 miles away in Fraddon.

Leisure activities - as well as the network of stunning walking routes on your doorstep, those looking for an active break can enjoy surfing and paddleboarding at Crantock Beach or at the world-renowned Fistral Beach in Newquay. Cycling on and off-road (including the Camel Trail, Pentewan Valley, the Clay Trails & Lanhydrock), tennis, golf, padel and a wide variety of other activities are available within easy reach of Atlantic View Chalets.
